Azure CDN convert images to webp is available ?

As @Cheong00 mentioned, Azure CDN Image Processing is currently only available in Azure CDN China and is not available globally.

Note that Azure in China is offered by separate business entity as requirement of Chinese government therefore it's literally disconnected from the rest of the Azure network except people who have subscribed both service and connect them with VPN.
