can't save automatically at TEAMS

Question

Hello,

Today, I created a team in the TEAMS app with some word files.
I also uploaded word files using Files menu in our team.

However, once I edited the word files as reviewing mode, it keep showing a message " Couldn't save automatically To avoid losing your changes, please copy them before you reload this document".

Cause of this error, all edited words/sentences were not saved in the teams app.

Would you please let me know what I can do??

Do you have the same issue when creating word document in your device?

According to your description, it seems you don't have edit permission for document, so they cannot edit the file and saved it normally.

In this case, you may try following tips to assign edit permission for your users so that they can edit the documents:

1.Go to the document library and go to Settings>Library Settings>in Permission and Management, click Permission for this document library.

2.In the permission page, open the SharePoint group which name is Site Members and permission level is Edit.

3.click New>Add users, Add users to this group>Invite people>enter Every except external users, then click Share.

I am having the same issue. The owner of the documnet has made me the owner, design, edit and contribute.

I still receive the same error. I try to do save as and I can not select the file.
