i have in pc 8gb ram and 7.8 is usable but users uses only 4gb ram but 6.8 gb ram is used pls help what is used for the next 2.8gb ram plsssssss

    Probably virtual memory > page file

    Open task manager > performance tab > click Memory > view bottom left for data > click Open Resource Monitor >

    In task manager, click “Open Resource Monitor”, and you will see the details of apps memory usage:

    Win+R
    type msconfig and enter,
    system configuration tab will open,
    go to services,
    select hide all microsoft services,
    then check list and deselect unwanted services and give apply,

    then go to startup apps and disable unwanted startup apps,
    apply and restart the system.

    then check RAM usage..
