The folder I want to rename is in,

My PC>Users>moham.

But that name is mistaken and I want to change the name, and it also appears on Command Prompt.

    Hi Mohamed

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

Windows 10 is very different to other versions of Windows, the user folder is named with the first 5 characters of the Users name

Even if you change the name on your user profile, the name on that folder will not change.

Microsoft strongly advise against changing the name on your user folder, that can have unforeseen consequences later

If you do still want to change the name on that folder, MVP Shawn Brink provides the safe method to do that on the link below

Have you tried this using File Explorer? Select folder name>Rename, then enter the name you want.
