Plugin doesn't load

Tried opening up pdf files on chrome and edge neither works

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Performance and system failures

    For the meantime, I would suggest you try to Check if the PDF plugin is enabled. To do this, please follow the steps below:

    1. In the address bar enter chrome://extensions and press Enter.
    2. When the list of plugins appears, click on Details.
    3. Locate the Chrome PDF Viewer and make sure that it’s enabled.
    4. If you see Adobe PDF Plug-In For Firefox and Netscape in the list of plugins, make sure that you disable it by clicking the Disable button next to the plugin name.
