Hello: I'm having an issue with "Invite someone you trust to help you" selection. When I select "Use an email to send an invitation", MSRA gives me an error saying "You might not be using a compatible email program or your email program might not be set up". "Saving this invitation as a file" works, but I prefer sending the email if possible. My default client is set to MS Outlook. To check it further I also opened MS Outlook and went to File > Options > General > Start up Options > and checked "Make Outlook the default program for Email, Contacts, and Calendar". Is this an Office 365 or Windows error? I don't know where else to check. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

    If the "Use an email to send an invitation" feature you mentioned means like below:

    According to my test, errors like yours would indeed occurs if you are using Outlook 64 bit version due to compatibility factors.

    And seems it could only work fine when using Outlook 32 bit version Outlook. So, it is suggested for you to try switching to 32 bit version Office installation and see if your issue could be resolved.
