Q1. There are two words in our MSDN license portal (quantity section), we want to know that what is the meaning of Unresolved Quantity?

Dear colleagues,

We are developing a mobile application that will collect some answers from the end user. This apps will be installed in Intune, we need to understand how to get the user connected in the intune session, so we can have the user name/ email accoutn and users' answers. Is there any command for that? we are developing in PHP.
