The Windows Server 2019 is restarting randomly Shutdown Reason: Kernel API

The Server is restarting randomly, in the event logs I have the information below;

The kernel power manager has initiated a shutdown transition.

Shutdown Reason: Kernel API

Hello @Dener Souza ,

Is your Windows license expired? Did you activate the license?
What is the Event ID of the error message?
Can you try to Replace the PSU and see if the problem goes away?

Same problem.
Server 2019 with activated license is going to shutdown randomly without a known reason.

Any idea?
It's a VM and the host-support tells me, the reason must be within the VM.
I think so too because another VM with Win10 is running fine without random-shutdown.
