Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error

On startup I get this dialog box from Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library:

This did not start until I installed/uninstalled Adobe Acrobat, so I believe that may be the possible culprit. Any idea on how to resolve this?

    That error is known to be caused by the Adobe CC apps installed on your PC, you should completely uninstall and re-install those apps to fix the error . . .

    If that does not fix the error:

    Click the link below to download a small free utility that does not require installation

    When the file downloads, unzip it.

    Depending on your system, run Autoruns or Autoruns64 as Administrator

    In the search box in Autoruns, type adobe

    Then right click and delete any entries found . . .
