Does MS Azure subscription have a Non Disclosure statment?

My Company has an MS Azure Subscription and one customer has requested we show evidence of an embedded Non-Disclosure clause within the subscription agreement.

    Azure has a privacy statement and a service agreement for the subscription.

    Microsoft Online Subscription Agreement

    If you have questions about any particular terms you can reach out to your subscription representative of choice.

    I have the same problem as you. Impossible to find an answer to this question. Have you been able to contact Microsoft Azure?

    On our side, it's impossible to create a ticket.
