My keyboard forward slash is not working

From first I started up my laptop in my home coming from school and then I made a word document
and wanted to type the question mark key.
For some reason my forward slash key is not working, so I restarted my laptop and then the problem could not be
resolved.
I tried updating my drive disk and then it told me that I was the latest update, I was confused so I decided that I would
delete the HID keyboard and then restarting to get a new one, still does not work.
I want the easy solution not the hard one, not by breaking in inside the Laptop and checking the problem please help
help me and respond fast because I have work to do

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that you are facing issues with Keyboard keys on your PC, and I certainly appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.

We will certainly look into this for you.

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to use On-screen keyboard and check if you are able to use the keys normally. Refer the article Use the On-Screen Keyboard (OSK) to type

In addition, you can also follow the steps mentioned in the article Troubleshooting – How to fix Keyboard problems ? and see if that helps.

Note: Please do not perform Step 5 if you don’t have a backup of the user data.

    Regards,
