about the UAC setting in window 10

I have two window 10 both joined to the domain and they in the same user group, however, I found their setting is different. ion fig 1, I can access the manage without ask any permission. in the fig 2, when I access the manage, it will pops up the dialog box for permission. Can I set my fig 1 computer same as fig 2. I have checked the local group policy and global group policy, they are same.

    Hi,

    Since you didn't expend the settings, i can't see the UAC settings.
    According to the screenshot you provided, the change notification settings is different.

    Not sure why the left side showing the same level on your clients. Are the 2 clients the same version?
    It shows different in my lab:

    It is suggested to disable the UAC and enable it again.
    Then reset the setting to the same.

    Hi,

    Based on my understanding, you logon to the computers with the same user, but with different UAC permissison, right?
    If possible, would you please share a screenshot of the following settings:
    Check if the UAC settings was the same:

    Run CMD as administrator and run command: gpreuslt /h c:\report.html
    And check if there are any UAC related policy settings.

    Check if the user belongs to any other groups or local administrator group.
    Did the 2 computers belong to the same OU or different OUs?
    Did you delegate permissions to the user for one of the computers through ADUC?

    I have checked, they apply the same UAC level and same group policy.
