What's the specific version of your Outlook client and windows? Please first ensure that you have updated to the latest version of client.
Did the freezing occur on Outlook only? If so, did it occur under any specific circumstances(such as when you send/receive message or sync any folders)?
In my domain a user have a issue once a day
Considering the issue occurred on a pecific user only, has this user performed any specific operations before(such as install any programs or add-ins)? And are there any differences between this client and others(outlook version, windows version and other programs) ?
Based on my research, this issue may be related to any antivirus programs, it's suggested to close other programs and restart your client to check if the issue has any difference.
If the issue still exists, in order to avoid the interference of COM add-ins in Outlook, it's suggested to restart your Outlook client in safe mode for testing(Windows + R> type "Outlook.exe /safe">enter)
Also, if that's still invalid, in order to further confirm if your issue is related to Outlook or windows, it's suggested to switch to other windows profile to check if his client could work normally there.
