I was on my microsoft Xbox account for the minecraft website and when i bought the game i downloaded the launcher but when i opened the launcher it only said play demo yet i got charged the 26 dollars and its not on my account in the launcher and i tried everything uninstalling and reinstalling and moving the download to my hard drive and loging out loging in and it says on the website that i already own it and to download again is it a problem if i have windows bedrock edition also with this account

    Hi Austin. I'm Greg, a Volunteer Moderator and 10 years Windows MVP here to help you.

    If you bought Minecraft using your Microsoft Account then it should appear when you sign into Windows and the MS Store with the same account then go into Microsoft Store app under Settings (three dots at top right) then Library where there should be an Install button to install it.

    If this doesn't work does it show up in your online MS Account Order History?

    If further problems contact Microsoft Support at https://support.microsoft.com/help/4051701/glob... or at https://support.microsoft.com/contactus choose Get Help, then Contact Us toward the bottom, then answer Yes you can Sign In, then Select Product: Windows, then tell the Issue, it should offer Messaging and/or a Call Back on week days.
