I want to remove python from path, I already uninstalled python from control panel but I am worried that if I delete the path, there will be a problem.

You can remove the paths manually, ensuring you delete an entry between the semi-colons. It will be "C:\Program Files\Python38\Scripts;C:\Program Files\Python38;" from your screenshot.
