Hardware Error, LiveKernelEvent 193

Just this morning when I went up to open my laptop, I noticed that the start up process took maybe a minute or two than the usual 30 seconds or so and that laptop is experiencing lag I guess? Like it is slower. I checked my drivers and windows for updates and I updated all of them. I also ran a processor test to check if it was my GPU that was causing the problem and my laptop passed in every test. I also did the DISM /checkhealth things (full command) to see if it would fix the problem. I've been trying to fix the problem all day with tips from the internet and other related posts except ones that required me to boot into safe mode or such as I am not well versed in those. I have this as my personal and gaming laptop and the frames were dropping in game.

Hey there Rafael!

It's always advisable to factory-reset it before going into a RMA (warranty) procedure. Keep into account that they may, instead, keep that laptop and give you another one, and you wouldn't want your personal data to stay there, or in any partition.

I hope it goes okay, and everything gets solved with them :)

Feel free to rate my help, and, please, stay safe under these rough times!

I think these are the things you're looking for.

    System Model Nitro AN715-51

    BIOS Version/Date Insyde Corp. V1.29, 09/04/2020

    Microsoft Windows

    Version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.1110)

Hey there Rafael! I'll need the full model, or your device serial number :(

Try checking in Windows + R > msinfo32. There, you can maybe find your full model number. Also, from that menu, I'll need your BIOS Date & Version :)

Can I know your Windows version as well from Windows + R > winver?

    I'll wait for your reply!

    Good afternoon!

I tried cleaning the graphics driver as you told me and also reinstalled the most recent NVIDIA graphics card model. I restarted it after but it is still like it was yesterday though slight improvement. I noticed that when I check my task manager, sometimes "system interrupts" takes a lot of CPU. I would love to provide you with my laptop's full model though I don't know how to. I use an Acer Nitro 7.

Hey there Rafael! How's it going?

By what I can read in what you've pasted, it seems like it's graphics related, so we should take care of that first.

I would recommend fully cleaning the NVIDIA graphics drivers by using DDU (https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-dr...), restarting your PC and then installing latest for your specific NVIDIA graphics card model from: https://www.nvidia.com/en-gb/geforce/drivers/

If this doesn't solve the issue, I would need your laptop full model in order to take a look at its drivers and firmware, just to make sure everything is okay. Also, make sure you have ALL Windows Updates installed (just in case, manually check for updates in the Settings > Update & Security page).

I'll wait for your reply! Don't worry, everything will be okay.

    Hugs,

    Miguel Ángel :)
