Office 3665 Email Quarantine

Question

My Office 365 email is blocking incoming emails from my national work organizational (National Communication Association; natcom.org). I end up missing out on important emails with deadlines or work requests. I try to keep going into quarantine and move them to my inbox, but is there a way to let Microsoft know that these senders (@lists.natcom.org; @natcom.org) are safe senders? I check with my university already and they said it was Microsoft level block.
