Laptop unresponsive and very slow

Hi,

2 days ago i just started my laptop but i encountered a problem. When i logged into my account in Windows 10 the task bar app icons werent there, i tried opening apps that were there but it just wouldn’t. Once i click my Applications the cursor will just turn into a loading circle that will be there for a long time. I also tried to open the start menu but it just wont work. I already tried the task manager and reset Windows Explorer but nothing really happened, i booted my laptop to safe mode but performance was still the same which was very slow. I dont really think i did anything wrong with my computer before that happened, i hope someone solves my problem. btw the tags i putted in this post are just random because i dont understand these.
