The type initializer for 'System.Net.ServicePointManager' threw an exception.

What I tried:

  1. sfc / scan now, etc. (all the commands which are used in CMD for this problem)
  2. run as administrator(it closes itself)

3)in window terminal(situation in the image)

I searched in google, I got a solution, saying , " you need to take the ""known good"" files and something machine.config file and bla bla bla I didn't know and understand I thought let's ask the trusted Microsoft website which i regularly do. Please help and I believe you will do.
