Microsoft basic display adapter (code 31)

And I tried to install intel graphic card same error code 31 showing with same message

Error msg

"This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

The ALPC message requested is no longer available. "

Only my NVidia GeForce GT 705 driver is working properly. Why Microsoft remote display adapter not working and showing code 31 error

I installed Microsoft remote display adapter from device manager and then click scan for hardware changes but not drive not come back

I click on scan for hardware change many time but not back Microsoft remote display adapter

I disconnect internet also then tried to same but no driver back

Then I go to device manger and add legacy hardware and install Microsoft remote display adapter but angina code 31 error

Please solve this problem

Does the Install button on that file not work correctly, is that why you chose the zip method?

I already download that driver and try to install via zip but the msg shown "The operating system not supporting" then I downlead .zip of UHD driver and install vial "Device Manager" UHD driver install but still showing error "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)"

Then I go to UHD Driver folder then run "igxpin" or setput it start install and finish pc restart but still same error showing.

The zip installation method I saw many website then I try but error still showing.

I think one problem is cause I don't know I am thinking right or wrong. I read some articles about installation of graphic card . All tells first install via .exe file if not installing then via .zip file when we install via .zip they told go to "Device Manager" uninstall driver then disconnect internet. Click on "scan for hardware change" then window automatically load "OEM" driver like "Microsoft display adapter". Then you can update driver But in my case no when only nvidia show and if click scan for hardware change no driver came back. I install via add hardware legacy driver install and showing in display adapter but error code 31. Then I uninstall driver and disconnet internet and click on scan for hardware but driver not back.

I am just thinking my "OEM" driver is corrupted or remove form windows. I really don't know Or cause of NVidia driver.

Hi Deepak

Try installing the official Intel UHD video driver from the Support page on the Dell website, that driver should be fully compatible with your system

Have you tried downloading the Intel HD device drivers recommended on the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website?

If you have and that also did not solve the problem, click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter

Please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.
