I'm having issues with the Microsoft Authenticator app on my iPhone.

  1. When it asks me to unlock it by touch ID and passcode, it only lets me use touch ID.
  2. When I try to use it to log into my Microsoft account, it'll show the numbers for approval and I will select the correct number, but when I do, a message comes up that says "Something went wrong. Please make sure you have a passcode set on your device. Otherwise restart your device and try again."

    I understand that you’re facing issues when using Microsoft Authenticator app on your iPhone, and I certainly appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.

    We will certainly look into this for you.

    We tried reproducing the issue on our lab machines, and we were able to use the authenticator app normally.

    One of the things that I would suggest is to try reinstalling the app and see if you’re able to use it fine.
