C:\Windows\SysWOW64\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe Is this a valid windows item. My computer will not open this at reboot. Have to click the to close the accompanying blue screen every time,

    Yes, that is PowerShell and that is a legitimate process.

    Is PowerShell popping up when you start your PC?

    If so, please provide a screenshot of that full screen, so I can try to work out what is causing that.

    Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc)

    Select the Startup tab of Task Manager

    Please provide a screenshot of that Startup tab.

    OK Dave thanks a bunch! Here are the items you requested! Hopes this shows my problem! Blue screenfirst at reboot, then message and I included the task manager-start up screen shot

    Hi Dennis

    Open Task Manager again, on the Startup tab, right click and disable the item shown below, then restart your PC and check if the popup is gone.
