Windows powershell error

Whenver i am tryting to open powershell or exchange powershell. I Gives me below error.
error: vulnerable process has been exploited and is running:
Process name: C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe

note: All windows patches has been up to date

    I appreciate the efforts taken by you in resolving the issue. I understand that you are receiving an error when trying to access PowerShell. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.

    However please let us know:

    1. Does this issue occur with any other application?
    2. Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
    3. Which build version of Windows is installed on the computer? To check, type winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit Enter.

    I would suggest you to create a new user account on the computer, and see if that helps. Refer the article Create a local user or administrator account in Windows 10.
