After creating a group, there will be no purpose and associating that group with a user made a period of an internal application to a device.
The application does not appear on the company portal. The device is an Android with work profile. And the managed google account is already associated. What configuration item may be missing from the intune for the application to be applied to the device as available?
Which app are you trying to assign? Is the user added to correct group? Intune doesn’t support identity for google accounts.

The application defined as "mandatory" and the security group of the type "cloud" contains the user logged on the company portal.
the type of app publishing you use for the test was "Android built-in" and "Android from the managed Google Play store.
The published applications were Adobe Reader and Evernote.

I did not understand about "Intune does not support the identity of Google accounts". I have the managed google play account set up on Intune. The apps I tried to publish were Adobe and Evernote using "Android built-in" and "Android managed google play"
Managed google play account is not same as managing user google accounts. You should use apps from the managed google play store so you are on the right track there. Did the apps approve correctly when being imported in Intune? Have you tried with any of the Microsoft apps?

The applications have been set up correctly and assigned to the group where the device account user is located.
However it is not associated with the device, I think this must be the problem. I am trying to find out why since the user of the device account is the user of the assigned group.
Are your devices enrolling properly? Can you provide a screenshot of one such device? If you are looking for quick resolution then maybe open a case with support. I can only speculate based on the information you are providing and frankly based on all that you have provided there is very little to work with.
