I have tried just about every method out there to get this fixed. I have updated BIOS, tried clearing out temp files, used powershell and stop services to try and restart windows update. I have even tried reinstalling windows. Nothing seems to work and it seems as if this is causing bottlenecking at my Intel UHD graphics chip. Funny thing is, I was having zero issues with games before these updates showed up in windows update. The only the I can think of that I haven't tried is just wiping EVERYTHING and doing a total reinstall; which would take forever. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Been incredibly busy and haven't had the time to devote to this.
I did some looking in my update history and it shows that these updates have already been installed. For some reason however, Windows still believes that I need to get these updates. I have attached screenshots.

It is always recommended to download the latest device drivers on your manufacturer's Support page.
Please try using the “Show or Hide Updates” troubleshooter to hide the said driver updates. Window Update won’t install hidden drivers or updates. Run the troubleshooter then please try hiding the driver updates that will show in the list. You may try restarting your pc if it helps.
Unfortunately, the official download link for "Show or Hide Updates" troubleshooter has been broken or removed. You can safely download the "Show or Hide Updates Troubleshooter" in this alternative site.

Those drivers are currently the only drivers out of date. I used the troubleshooter you provided, but it didn't hide the updates even after a restart. I did however notice that there was a security update that is not showing up in windows update but was not hidden either. Could that be the reason that they aren't downloading? I also just discovered through the update troubleshooter that it detected an issue but was not able to identify the solution. Attached is the screenshot.
So I tried all methods that you provided and still have had no luck.
Sfc and DISM found corrupt files and "repaired them but nothing has changed after a restart.

Please try the additional methods below.
**Reset Windows Update Components

After that, Restart your computer
If the issue still persists, Please try performing an In-place Upgrade. Performing this can repair broken operating system files while your personal files, settings and installed applications will not be removed.
Download the media creation tool(Click Download tool now) and save it to your computer.

Open the tool and select Upgrade this PC now.
Make sure to select Keep personal files and apps.
It might take some time to install Windows 10. Your computer will restart a few times, Make sure you don’t turn off your PC
