VM connect local shared folders

i have 1 domain controller which is Windows Server 2019 Standard.
also 1 file server, which is Windows Server 2012 R2, with some shared folders.
i want to create an Azure VM to connect to my local domain & get access to shared folders.
please help me some guidelines or links to imprement it.

    In order to join your machine to your domain you can refer to this. You can refer to this as well for more info.

    In order to make VM access the file share you can make use of Azure File share. In order to use an Azure file share outside of the Azure region it is hosted in, such as on-premises or in a different Azure region, the OS must support SMB 3.0.

    You can use Azure file shares on a Windows installation that is running either in an Azure VM or on-premises.
