Yeah, it's my main System care program. I'll uninstall it and reinstall it and see how it goes, won't hurt. I thought it was the Xbox App cause the issue arose after I updated it so I uninstalled and reinstalled the Xbox app and have not had that an issue since.

    Thank you JhakeSong

    Hi AstonEngland,

Thank you for the upload. Do you use Advanced System Care by IObit? This seems to be the cause of the issue. The dump file points to this:

    AscFileFilter.sys

If this is a software that you are subscribed to, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling it. If this is something you don't use, I suggest uninstalling it and check if the issue still persists.

    Let me know what happens.

    Hi AstonEngland,

Good day! This is Jhakesong and I will be happy to assist you with this.

I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience. Please upload the minidump files Windows created when you encountered BSOD. It will help us determine what caused the PC to crash.

    1. Open Windows File Explorer
    2. Go to C:\Windows\Minidump
    3. Zip those files
    4. Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.).
    5. Then share the link here.

Let me know how it goes. Have a great day!
