Microsoft az 204 exam expired

I had an az-204 exam scheduled for January 9th. Unfortunately due to a family emergency that occurred a few days prior I was unable to make the appointment. When I went in 13jan exam is locked and showing as expired. I called Pearson Vue to reschedule and was not able to make any contact.

Please unlock the exam so that I can reschedule and take the exam. This is the second time having to post this question because the previous one was locked and closed without a resolution or discussion.
