After the latest update from microsoft for Windows 10 20H2, the DTS Wizard has stopped working and keep getting error when try to use the application. the error states

Microsoft uncaught Exception and LinkId=20476 SQL 2012
I am not able to open or use the app.
it keeps crashing everytime stating about missing data source
I have tried to uninstall SQL from my computer and reinstall, but the issue is the same.
