Free/Busy view is not updating for a team member.

I have trying to book a meeting with member of my team but it says free/busy view is not able to update in office 365 enterprise.

I tried many solution available on internet. even reinstall everything from scratch but still same thing.

I did created a new profile, new OST but nothing seems to be helping.

Any Suggestion.
