    Hi Michel,

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    The best first option would be to completely uninstall AutoCad, restart (not shut down) your PC, and then download and install the latest version of AutoCad 2020 they provide on the Autodesk website.

    Hi Michel,

    Thank you for the screenshot, well its not your system, you have great specs for running AutoCad.

    If this error is only happening with AutoCad, try re-installing your video card device drivers, and if that does not solve the problem, the best option would be to contact Anydesk support, because the problem is in their AutoCAD software, they can probably get some log files from you to work out the problem.
