No Primary Active Manager after Cluster Failover

I have a DAG with two 2019 Exchange members and one Witness server (non-Exchange). This morning the Primary Exchange server (which had the PAM role) briefly lost network connection causing a cluster failover.

Now neither of the exchange members have the PAM role. Replication is working fine and all Database copies (active and passive) are healthy.

My thinking is to do a Server Switch over to the Alternative Server and restart the Primary. And then Server Switch back to the primary and restart the Alternate.

Is there a better way to get the PAM role back on the Primary Server then restarting servers?

Please advise.

Thank you,

Ok, thats normal, the owner node is the only one you will see.
Looks like the PAM is online on that alternate

If you want to move it back, simply run:
    Get-ClusterGroup “Cluster Group” | Move-ClusterGroup
