Black Screen when gaming

Hello wonderful Windows community, I come to you after many attempts and failures of trying to fix this issue which has caused me a great deal of pain in the rear.
My pc runs just fine under heavy load, but certain games makes my screen go black and turns the pc irresponsive, though I can still hear audio just fine, even on discord I can talk without an issue, so I'm forced to hard reboot my pc.
At first I thought it was my (dated) video card a Nvidia GTX 950, but it's temperatures are normal, I've even stress tested it with software without any failures, this only happens while gaming. I could be playing for 5, 10, 30 minutes to an hour or even several hours without an issue but then it happens all over again.
The things I've tried so far to fix this issue I will list them, hopefully I'm not forgetting any.

-Clean Windows 10 install

-Clean Nvidia drivers install (using DDU to remove any trace of previous drivers and disconnecting the Ethernet cable to prevent windows from automatically downloading a driver)
-Downgrading the Nvidia drivers to an older version (this helped me quite a bit, it made the issue appear way less often but it happens still)
-Changing the video card to another Pcie slot (this also worked for a bit, but the issues came back nontheless)
-Changing the power saving options to max perfomance
-Running sfc /scannow and chkdsk with no results
-Updating several other drivers that a bunch of softwares detected that were outdated
-Updated my Bios to the newest version
-Changed the PSU cable to the Video Card
-Cleaned my video card, changed it's thermal paste
-Changed multiple HDMI cables
-Changed the sleep modes to: never

I don't know if i'm forgetting any more fixes, but I've tried everything on the web, I don't have money to buy newer Hardware, but my video card worked just fine untill a month ago more or less.
My pc specs are Ryzen 7 3700X
16gb DDR4 Ram 3600mhz
Nvidia GTX 950 2gb
1TB Western Digital Blue Nvme drive
Gigabyte B550M DS3H Motherboard
1 60hz 24inch Samsung Monitor

The Event Visor Shows me that there is one problem happening right before the screen goes black and then I have to reboot:
KERNELBASE.dll version 10.0.19041.746 timestamp: 0x0833f2d4

Application with errors: C:\WINDOWS\system32\dwm.exe
My Windows is configured in Spanish, if you ask me to show you logs or dumps, Word of advice on that.
Hopefully somebody can help me Thank you for your time.
