1) You can follow the guidance in this article to configure NIC teaming, the feature of NIC teaming has hardly changed since it was introduced in Windows Server 2012, so you don't have worry about your server version too much:

2) Based on my research, configuration NIC teaming, by design, should not influence the settings in your cluster. However, we still strongly suggest you to backup your settings in your cluster before you set up NIC teaming, for instance, conducting cluster validation can be a reasonable precautions.
3) NIC teaming will effectively disable the RDMA capability of the network adapters. If you want to use SMB Direct and the RDMA capability of the network adapters, you should not use NIC Teaming.
