    Hi Muralikrishna,

Thanks for reaching out Microsoft Community Forum. I totally understand your concern you are having trouble with your passkey. Let me help you with that.

☻Option1: If You Can Still Access Your Account

    • Go to

    https://account.microsoft.com/security

    • Log in using your password, not a passkey

    • If you don’t see the password option

    • Click Use another method

    • Go to Advanced Security Options

    • Under Sign-in Preferences or Passkeys look for:

    ♦ Any saved Windows Hello
    ♦ FIDO2 keys
    ♦ Any linked devices

    • Remove/Delete each passkey or device listed.

☻ Option2: If you can’t Log In at All

    • Go to recovery page

    https://account.live.com/acsr

    • Enter your Microsoft email

    • Fill out the form with:

    ♦ Old passwords
    ♦ Recovery email or phone
♦ Any services linked (Xbox, Skype, etc.)

    • Microsoft will review and help you regain access

    • After that, you can follow Option 1 to remove passkeys

    Note:

    • After removing passkeys, it's best to:

    • Set a strong password

    • Using your phone or email

    • Set up two-factor authentication

I hope this helps and works for you.

    Best Regards,

What exactly is the login problem? Are you getting any error messages.

Passkeys are more secure than passwords and Microsoft is moving in that direction for everyone.
