hiya everyone i cannot run anything on my computer Gaming cannot load any games cannot even use the windows update. i've tried the windows troubleshooter tool an that isnt working either .. the only thing my laptop is allowing me too run right now is google chrome im at a loss dunno what too do i had a friend of mine come over he tried a few things he knew an it made it even worse i could really use some help
