Link azure certificate to ms account

Hi There- Can you pls help me to link my Azure certificate to my MS account.

Certification ID - 991407095 ( MS Azure Fundamentals)
Microsoft Id - bikesh.roy@harsh.com .com

Additionally, would you be so kind to let me know from where I can download my Azure certificate.
