Built in Bluetooth not Recognized

Hello, I've tried searching for this exact issue, but there's so many factors that I cannot find one exactly the same. Recently, because of the extremely windy weather in the Northeast I lost power multiple times which I presume is what killed my Windows installation (BSOD loop). Begrudgingly, I completely wiped the drive and reinstalled Windows 11 and have got it somewhat setup. However, I cannot get the built-in Bluetooth to work whatsoever. It's a combination Bluetooth/Wi-Fi chip and I have had no issues with Wi-Fi at all. I've installed all the newest Windows updates, BIOS, installed all drivers and driver update software from NVIDIA (I know incredibly unlikely related), Intel, MSI. I searched Windows update for optional updates and have installed all of them. I've uninstalled and reinstalled my Wi-Fi/Bluetooth drivers. I run Windows Bluetooth troubleshooter, and it says I don't have a Bluetooth radio. I checked to ensure my Bluetooth services were running. Prior to reinstalling Windows I had never had any issues with Bluetooth but now Bluetooth doesn't show up to enable/disable in the Windows bottom menu and Bluetooth doesn't show up in device manager. The only thing I haven't tried is completely reinstalling Windows again, but I don't know if that would fix my issue at this point since I just did a fresh install.

Thank you for the confirmation. The fact that Bluetooth only shows as .inf files (e.g., oem59-67.inf) and no actual device appears, even with hidden devices shown, confirms the system isn’t detecting the Bluetooth hardware at all not even as an unknown device.

It's possible that Bluetooth hardware is:

    -Disabled in BIOS

    -Not initialized by Windows

    -Physically failed

Let's try to do a BIOS reset.

Power on your PC and press Del repeatedly to enter MSI BIOS

    Once in BIOS, press F6

It will ask to "Load optimized defaults?" — select Yes

Press F10 to Save and Exit

Let's also check if there are services that's conflicting with your Bluetooth drivers.

Press Windows + R, type msconfig, and press Enter.

In the System Configuration window, go to the Services tab.

Check Hide all Microsoft services, then click Disable all.

Go to the Startup tab and click Open Task Manager.

In Task Manager, disable all startup items.

Close Task Manager, then click OK in System Configuration.

    Restart your computer.

No changes. Bluetooth is not visible under device manager unless I select view by type and it just shows oem59-67.inf. Rebooted and reverified Bluetooth drivers, no changes.

    Thank you for the confirmation.

Press Win + X, select Device Manager

(or press Win + R, type devmgmt.msc, press Enter)

In Device Manager, click View > Show hidden devices

Look under these sections for Bluetooth-related devices:

    Bluetooth

    Network adapters

    Other devices

Anything labeled "Unknown device" or with a yellow warning

Right-click the Bluetooth device > Uninstall device

Then, please reinstall using the drivers you have downloaded with the link above.
