Changing Associated Account

Anonymous
2025-04-07T02:59:12+00:00

I've inadvertently associated my new laptop with my shared Microsoft account instead of my personal account. How do I change it so when it logs in, it's associated with the correct account, and thus associated with the correct 365 and OneDrive accounts?

Thanks.

BTW - I did try rebooting the laptop to see if that fixed it, but it did not.

    Good morning Christine-

I switched accounts as you instructed, and that seemed to go fine. However, my laptop still seems to be associating with my shared OneDrive account as opposed to the OneDrive account that I have am now logging on with. When I click on the account, the laptop shows that it is now associating with my personal Microsoft 365 account, but like I said, when I click on the libraries, it's still showing me the libraries associated with the other OneDrive account. How do I switch that?

    Hi Rich,
