add oAuth and OpenID on API service

Hello,

I created an application service api and I would like to add oAuth and OpenId, but the "add" button is not active. Do you know what I need to do to make it active?

    Can you please navigate to your APIM resource and verify what permission do you have in your APIM instance.
    You can refer to this document for more details on built-in roles and different permission.

    Permission could be one of the reason that the "Add" button is grayed out for you.
