Windows 10 installation problem

I have to install windows and I also make a bootable usb drive but it requires to extract irst driver. Another expert gives me this link to downloader irst driver - https://support.hp.com/th-en/drivers/hp-elitedesk-800-g2-small-form-factor-pc/7633277

And I have download from this . but when I download it, I double click on it and some process is start. So can you tell me that only using cmd an irst driver should be extracted or by double clicking on it

    First try right clicking the Intel RST installer to see if there is an option to Extract on that menu, if not, you will need to install a 3rd party zipping utility to be able to extract out the drivers from the installer.

    I cant understand. I have to extract it by cmd or not? Or simply right click and extract files.

    Yes, that is correct, you need to extract the drivers out of the installer into a folder, then copy that folder onto your bootable USB, then when you reach the part where you cannot see the drive to install Windows onto, click 'Load Driver' and choose one of the available Intel RST drivers form that folder.

    You mean that I have to extract files of rst driver in the bootable usb drive and is this correct link to download that driver which is given by you

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    If you right click the Intel RST driver installer, is there no option to extract the drivers from the installer into a folder on the context menu, if not, you will need to install some 3rd party archiving (zipping) utility to add the option to extract the files on the right click menu.
