DHCP server, 2 scopes for 2 interfaces. One pool for per interface. How to split?

Windows server 2019.
How to split IP pools for each NIC?!
Look at the picture. I have two NICs for each network.
Maybe need bind NIC to IP scope?
help please!

    Hi ,

    Make sure that the DHCP service is bound to the multiple NICs.

    In the DHCP console, right-click the server and then select Properties.

    In the Advanced tab of the Properties dialog box, click Bindings to display the Bindings dialog box. As picture below:

    Note: it is not recommend to have multiple NICs on DC.
