When did you purchase your Windows Pro license from the Microsoft Store?

Is it the upgrade version or the full version? How much did it cost?

If you bought a Windows license from the Microsoft Store, you should have a digital license tied to your Microsoft account. As long as you're signed in to the Microsoft account used for the purchase and connected to the internet, it should activate or upgrade automatically.

Since that's not the case, please try the following:

    Disconnect from the internet

Press Win+I, go to System > Activation. Click "Change product key," enter "VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T," and hit activate.

Reconnect to the internet, then log in to your Microsoft account used for the purchase.

Next, run the activation troubleshooter: Go to Settings > System > Activation > Troubleshoot, and it should activate after that.

If the issue persists, I suggest contacting Microsoft Support directly, as we can only provide general troubleshooting here and do not have access to check your account or purchase details.
