Did this issue only occur after the 24H2 update?

Hi,
When I minimize all my apps by clicking on minimize button on the top right of each app then when I hover an app from the task bar and click on a window preview the app/window does not open.
I installed all Windows updates of Windosw 11 24h2 until 04-2025 update and I have this issue on both my desktop pc and my laptop.
I also have this issue when I switch to another desktop on the same pc and go back to the previous one then when I try to open a window preview the window does not open.
I have formated my PC, done a fresh install of windows 11 24h2 and installed all updates but I still have these issues.
How to fix this?

24H2 is an optional not critical win update and would not have been installed under the Win 11 default win update settings.
Win11 by default only installs critical security updates, unless you made the mistake of selecting “Get latest updates” which includes drivers.
See your laptop/PC makers support to update both bios and ALL drivers.
There should be a shortcut to that makers update utility on your system.
Then set Bios to defaults & Pwr to balanced. At the end of the day shutdown, do not leave in sleep.
Do NOT update from any other source inc Device Manager
You only need to set the Advanced options for notify & Time, then leave win update to do its own thing.
