Thanks for your answer @Leon Laude !
I also saw that, but those direct links are for V5.1 and we are using 5.0.
Probably not a big issue to use the 5.1 version instead, but I don't understand why the direct links from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/iis/install/web-platform-installer/web-platform-installer-v4-command-line-webpicmdexe-rtw-release which were working a couple of days ago now suddenly do not seem to work anymore. I was hoping somebody (from Microsoft) could clarify that.

Hi @Erik van Beijnen This document is a long time ago, it may be that the maintainer of the official Microsoft document did not update it in time or the resource in the link was removed.
