Roblox wont open
I have tried many things to fix this but nothing seems to work. I have tried resetting the windows store, updated my laptop, used advanced settings for the app, troubleshooting, uninstalling and installing again, but nothing is working. I can not take my laptop out of S mode for some reason it says I need to check with something, but I should not have to do that I just want to fix this issue. If someone could get back to me that would be awesome, thanks.

2025-06-19T12:31:56+00:00 Thanks for your response, switch to local to the current windows profile.
Then sign in the Microsoft account to the newly created Windows user profile and try to switch out to S Mode and check if you can open Roblox from there.

2025-06-19T12:28:59+00:00 Thanks for answering I tried switching a new account to local, still did not work, do I have to switch all accounts on the laptop or certain ones? What I did is switch the one I was using to local but I still couldn’t switch out and it still would not open.

To further isolate the issue, try to create a new Windows user profile and check if it works there.
Before doing that, switch to local account first by going to Settings > account > Your info> switch to local account instead > do not add any password when asked when switching to a local account.
Once restarted, you can then proceed to create a new local Windows user > then switch there.
Once switched to the new local windows user > sign in your Microsoft account in there and check if you can now switch out to S mode or try to download Roblox from there and check if you can open it fine.
If incase its working on new windows user, then it means that the old windows profile is having a problem.
