Connecting 1000 over CCTV NVR to Azure Cloud

Hello All,
Is there any azure service available to connect 1000 over NVRs( Vending machine that has 8 IP cameras with NVR ) to Azure cloud to Achieve the following items

1. Record video footage with encryption
2. API / SDK to link the recoded video to our web application for viewing
3. The Azure service should support a private endpoint.

For example:

Azure Stack Edge

Live Video Analytics on IoT Edge
