Dual Monitors - 3 Detected

We are running enterprise edition . My user has s at their desk and is connected to those monitors via a WD19 docking station, and the computer is a Dell Latitude 7400. In the display settings it always shows 3 screens and the user's icons keep moving to the laptop screen instead of the monitors.

I've checked that the laptop lid is completely closed, but it still continues to happen. As I accessed the computer remotely, I am able to see all 3 screens at once. So I have dragged and dropped the icons from the laptop screen over to the main monitor, assured that the "make this the main monitor" is checked when it highlighted.

This is the third time it has happened and I'm not sure how to make the 3 display (laptop display) disappear when they are docked and the lid is completely closed.

    0.Can you please enter winver in command prompt on win10 computer and look the os version and os version number ?[for example windows 10 enterprise 1809 (os build 17763.316)]

    if you drag one icon from the display of laptop to other monitor, will the icon move to correct location? Or this icon will restore itself to laptop.

    2.What's the resolution about your 3 display monitors?

    3.How many display cards install on your problematical laptop ?

    4.Since I have no this model laptop, could you please check if you can adjust it in Intel HD Graphics Control Panel as your expectation?
