As far as I know, it cannot be completed by Windows system built-in log/event function.
We can check current running process/program by Task Manager, RD Connection Broker manager console, PowerShell cmdlet (For example, if you wanted to see the list of users for Internet Explorer you could run the following command in an elevated PowerShell prompt:
Get-Process -Name iexplore -IncludeUserName)
As workaround, you can consider script or 3rd party tool.
The scope of Windows Remote Desktop Service includes the installation, configuration and use of RDS service.
