Sendgrid Accounts in Azure

Question

We are currently using Sendgrid Account created via Azure.

We managed the account via Azure Portal. Azure provided single sign on to Sendgrid and it had an azure created username.

While the emails are going through fine. We are unable to login into our account.

After clicking manage or sender identity or change password, we are taken to login screen instead of being logged in automatically.

On exporting template we are getting this error.
